JROTC: Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps.

The mission statement of JROTC is to motivate young people to become better citizens using the 7 Army Leadership values:

Leadership in JROTC is defined as the ability to influence others to accomplish a mission in the matter desired by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
